Linaea Delacruz is a Class of 2029 student-athlete whose foundation is built on faith, character, and a commitment to excellence. She attends St. Joseph High School, where she values the opportunity to strengthen her faith while pursuing academic and athletic success.
As a Student Senator, Linaea takes pride in serving her school community and leading by example. She believes in treating others with respect, embracing responsibility, and representing her family, teammates, and school with integrity both on and off the court.
A three-time Point Guard College (PGC) graduate, Linaea has dedicated herself to developing a strong understanding of leadership, teamwork, communication, and basketball IQ. She enjoys competing, learning from coaches and teammates, and contributing to a positive team culture.
Whether in the classroom, community, or on the basketball court, Linaea strives to make a meaningful impact through her actions, attitude, and work ethic. Her long-term goal is to compete at the collegiate level while continuing to grow in faith, academics, leadership, and service.

Linaea believes in making a positive impact beyond the basketball court. Through volunteer service at Bayside Care Center, a local retirement community, she has had the opportunity to spend time with residents, assist with daily activities, and build meaningful relationships across generations.
These experiences have taught Linaea the importance of compassion, patience, empathy, and service to others. By listening to residents' stories and learning from their life experiences, she has gained a deeper appreciation for the value of kindness, respect, and human connection.
Linaea believes leadership begins with serving others. Her experiences at Bayside Care Center have strengthened her desire to make a positive difference in her community while continuing to grow as a student-athlete, teammate, and role model.
